We do not just practise law — we protect what matters to you.
Whether you are migrating to New Zealand, buying your first home, growing a family
business, investing across borders, or planning for the future, we guide you with
clarity, care and commercial sense.
Legal matters rarely stand alone. Our broad practice lets us connect the dots between property, finance, family and regulation.
We take the tough cases
Character issues, medical problems, complex barriers. We do not shy away from them — we tackle them head-on.
Practical, not theoretical
Advice that is straightforward and tailored to your real-world goals, so you can plan ahead with confidence.
About the firm
Good law is not just about getting it right. It is about getting it right for you.
From our base in Takapuna, Auckland, we work with individuals, families, businesses
and investors — both local and international. We know that legal matters rarely
stand alone: a business decision can intertwine property, finance and regulation;
a family matter can involve trusts, assets and succession.
01
One firm, the whole matter
Our practice spans immigration, property, commercial, family, litigation and estates — so we can consider every relevant factor rather than just the part in front of us.
02
Comfortable across borders
Cross-border investment, offshore assets, family in more than one country: these are the matters we are built for, not the ones we make an exception for.
03
Issues found early
We identify potential problems before they become expensive, and set out a clear strategy so you know what happens next.
We take time to understand your business, your people and your goals, identify
potential issues early, and develop a clear strategy — so you can plan ahead
with confidence.
Employer accreditation
Job Check applications
Accredited Employer Work Visas (AEWV)
Ongoing immigration compliance
Personal grievances and workplace disputes
Mediation and settlement
When disputes arise, we help employers find cost-effective solutions — often
through mediation — to reach a settlement without unnecessary delay or expense.
Litigation is always a last resort; we explore every alternative first.
We take the time to understand your circumstances in full — your goals, your people, and the practical and financial realities behind the legal question.
Step 02
Spot the issues early
We look across every area of law your matter touches, so problems surface before they become costly rather than afterwards.
Step 03
Agree the strategy
A clear plan, explained in plain language, with your options set out and a recommendation you can actually act on.
Step 04
Carry it through
Documents drafted, applications filed, negotiations run and hearings attended — with the strategy revisited as your circumstances change.
Our team
The person who will actually run your file.
Small by design. You will know your lawyer's name and reach them directly.

Lucy He
Director · Immigration, Family, Employment & Estates
My practice covers immigration, family law (including relationship property and
custody issues), employment, and estate planning through trusts and wills. I am
particularly known for my work in complex immigration and citizenship matters
— regularising unlawful status, appeals to the Immigration and Protection
Tribunal, and special directions from the Minister of Immigration.
I am a problem-solver at heart, up to the challenges of complex cases —
including those with cross-border dimensions — and I take the time to
understand each client's unique circumstances so I can find practical, fair
solutions.
