What to expect
Sending us an enquiry does not make you our client. We act for you only once we have checked for conflicts of interest, agreed to act, and sent you a letter of engagement setting out the scope of the work and the basis of our fees.
Before we can begin certain work — conveyancing, forming or managing companies and trusts, and handling client funds — the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 requires us to verify your identity and address. Getting those documents to us early keeps settlement dates and filing deadlines safe.
